RETURN CONDITIONS
Right of withdrawal
You have the right under consumer law to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The deadline for cancellation ends 14 days after the last batch of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the moment the order is received.
To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract in an unambiguous way (for example, by letter by post or email).
In order to comply with the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of using the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
The right of cancellation does not apply to products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the package seals have been broken or the packaging has been opened.
If the product has a seal, the customer must not break the seal if they want to use their right of cancellation. The right of cancellation expires when the customer breaks the seal. All technical seals (e.g. serial number) are also considered seals.Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will return to you without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation notice, all payments received from you, including delivery fees. The return does not cover additional delivery costs due to the fact that the customer has chosen other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer. If only part of the order is returned, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
We will perform the refund using the payment method you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case, in such a way that you do not incur costs for returning the services.
You must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after making the cancellation notice to the address below. The deadline has been met if you send the goods back before the 14-day deadline expires.

The product must be sent well packed, in good condition and in its original box and/or packaging.
You are only responsible for such reduction in the value of the goods, which is the result of processing other than the processing necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
The seller has the right to deduct from the amount to be returned an amount corresponding to the reduction in value of the product compared to the original value of the product, if and to the extent that such reduction in value is due to the fact that the customer has handled the product more than is necessary to determine its function or properties.Unclaimed package
Non-redemption is not the same as refund or cancellation. For unclaimed packages for which a separate cancellation notice has not been made, we will charge the delivery costs.Warranty, statutory error liability and complaints
Some of the Seller's products may have a warranty. Information about the warranty period and special conditions for each product is given on the Website or in these general conditions. The warranty is valid from the day the product is picked up from the post office or delivered to you. The product warranty only covers original manufacturing defects and does not apply to defects that are self-inflicted or caused by a single change to the function or appearance of the product, such as rebuilding, improving or other external influences. The customer's order confirmation serves as a warranty certificate. You can find the possible warranty conditions of the partners on their respective pages.
Liability for errors applies to products that are defective in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation. The customer who wants to exercise his right to complain about the product must contact the Seller as soon as possible after discovering the defect, using the contact information provided on the Website. Complaints made by the customer within two months after discovering the defect are always considered to have been made within the appropriate time. In terms of durability and otherwise, the goods must correspond to what the consumer generally has reasonable grounds to expect in the sale of such goods.
The seller is responsible for the shipping costs of all returns caused by accepted complaints.
When the product that was the subject of the complaint has been returned and the complaint has been accepted, the Seller will pay the customer a refund in accordance with the applicable consumer protection legislation. The Seller strives to make the performance within 30 days from the day on which the Seller has received the complaint, but the performance may be delayed depending on the nature of the product. The seller reserves the right to reject any complaint if the product does not prove to be defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Regarding complaints, the Seller follows the instructions given by the Consumer Disputes Board (see www.kuluttajariita.fi ).
Obstacle force majeure
The Seller is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond the Seller's control. These include, for example, general industrial disputes, acts of war, fires, lightning strikes, terrorist attacks, changes in official regulations, technical problems, faults in power/telecommunications/computer connections or other communications, as well as faults and delays in the services provided by subcontractors, which are caused by the above-mentioned circumstances. In such situations, the obligation to pay damages and other measures expires. If such a situation occurs, the Seller will inform the customer about it both at the beginning and at the end of the situation. If the situation has lasted for more than two months, both the customer and the Seller have the right to suspend the purchase with immediate consequences.
Changes to the general terms and conditions
The seller reserves the right to change these general conditions at any time. Any changes to these general terms and conditions will be published on the Website. The changes come into effect when the customer has accepted the general conditions in connection with a new purchase, or alternatively after 30 days after the Seller has notified the customer of the changes. However, the seller recommends that the customer visit the Website regularly to get information about changes to the general terms and conditions.Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
If the dispute cannot be resolved with the Seller's customer service, you as a customer can contact the Kuluttajariitautakunta, where you can find more information at www.kuluttajariita.fi. You can also file a complaint directly online at the EU Commission's dispute resolution website at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. If you file a complaint on this site, your case will automatically be referred to the appropriate national dispute resolution body. This dispute resolution body will then contact the Seller and attempt to resolve the dispute without going to court.
All disagreements regarding the interpretation or application of these general terms and conditions fall within the scope of Finnish legislation, according to which they are also interpreted, and will be resolved exclusively by Finnish courts.Seller's responsibility
As an online retailer, Kymppi-Diili is fully responsible for possible product returns and complaints to suppliers.
